SHOP POLICIES:

 

• Shipping

All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Items will only be shipped to address listed on your order unless otherwise specified prior to shipping. Once item is shipped, it is out of our hands and may delay your item arrival if incorrect information is given. All sales are final once items are shipped.

• Refunds and Exchanges

Custom Orders are non refundable due to they cannot be re-sold. Once you give the final okay on the item and it has been printed and shipped, your purchase price cannot be refunded.

All sales are final. Returns will not be accepted once the item(s) is shipped.

• Additional policies and FAQs

All items shipped via USPS Priority Mail carry insurance up to $50.00 or more per purchase. Should your item arrived damaged or broken, you must take the original package and items to the Post Office and fill out a claim for damages. We provide a receipt with each purchase showing your amount paid. Once you receive your money back, we will be happy to re-make your item once payment is received. We cannot refund money for damages, broken items or shipping costs. Once the item is shipped, it is out of our hands.

We will not be willing to make any other concessions on returns or replacements unless a claim is filed through USPS. This is the best way to make it fair for all of our customers.
